Kern Studios (2006-2016)

Where it all started. I was lucky to get an entry level sculpting position a few months after being hired in the gift shop as a cashier. In the decade at Kern I produced about 50 new and repurposed sculptures annually for Mardi Gras, Thanksgiving Day Philly, Universal Studios Orlando, Chic- Fil-A, an so many more. It was the leadership of Mark Olivier (Sculpture BFA Nicholls) and mentorship of Charles F Bendzans (Painting MFA Cranbrook) that allowed me to develop my talent and ambition as a professional artist. I am eternally grateful for my time there.
